Organic Food Markets delivers to residential and business addresses only (please include business name). We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. When placing your order with Organic Food Markets, please provide your complete and correct postal address to ensure our couriers deliver your parcel to the correct address. 

If the incorrect or incomplete address has been submitted, a fee may apply to redeliver or re-direct your order. We also ask that you kindly provide clear delivery time windows within your order for your convenience. 



All deliveries will be contactless. Parcels may be left unattended without a signature requested. If there is no-one present to receive the delivery on arrival, a picture of the delivered parcel in front of your door will be posted to the account. If you have provided an SMS for notification and tracking, you can retrieve this proof of delivery for your record. 


A notification SMS will be sent if you have provided a correct mobile number. This is sent once the order is on its way.  This will include a tracking number and the estimated time of arrival. 



Once you have finalised payment and clicked confirm order, you are unable to cancel your order.



If you find that your parcel has not arrived or has been sent to the wrong address, The delivery driver will attempt to contact the mobile number provided for clarification and instruction. Please note the number will be masked for identity and privacy concerns. If the delivery has to be returned because the receiver could not be contacted, a fee will be incurred to the customer. If the driver is provided with a corrected address and instructions, a new delivery fee will be incurred if the final and corrected delivery address is not reasonably close to the previous address. if the address is reasonably close, and the time taken to re deliver the parcel is insignificant, no fee will be incurred.
